From start to finish NGS has been very efficient, friendly, professional and most importantly personable.
We have been classed as a big job, 6 big windows, 2 doors 1 of which beautiful composite door and creation of large French doors.
Lyndon the salesman was excellent, the surveyor Mark?? Was also excellent.
Our fitter for the week long job was Ben, many years experience in the industry, says what he’s going to do and does it, very friendly and accommodating. Like a durable bunny, fed him tea, let him go.

We had been let down by previous suppliers so were a little wary when we knew we had to replace two doors. We needn’t have worried. The whole team at Norfolk Glazing Solutions was really good. Eddie, the first person we saw, took us through everything clearly and concisely: he also was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us something extra. The survey was remarkably quick and covered all the relevant points which had caused problems with the original supplier’s products. Best of all, the doors were ready and fitted within a matter of weeks. They are very well made, look good and do not suffer from any of the problems we had had previously . Ben, the fitter, was really neat and efficient: everything was cleaned and tidied to our satisfaction. Overall, a very good experience! This is a company we feel we can rely on for any future glazing needs.

Fantastic workmanship, and great value for money. Good honest company, who I will be using again. The warm roof on the conservatory is amazing, and has transformed our home, could not be happier!

Really good communications and excellent installation team – we had Matt doing our facias and gutters and he did a very quality job – checking-in all the time, tidying up, polite and engaging. You know its going well when the local builder has a look and says his doing it alright ! The salesman was also decent and knowledgeable. Would recommend and had they been a few weeks earlier they would have got our windows as well.
